Limit Order

An order to buy or sell a share at a specific price. The order will only be carried out by the broker at that price, or a better one.

Liquidity

The level of continual buy and sell activity making up the market demand for the shares and indicating the ease with which investors can undertake transactions.

Listed Company

A company whose securities have been admitted to the Official List of a Stock Exchange.
